JOB TITLE: First Nations, Metis and Inuit (FNMI) Education Advisor
DEPARTMENT: Program Services
SALARY RANGE: $67,909 - $89,807 per year
HIRING RANGE: $67,909 - $86, 678 per year

POSITION SUMMARY: The First Nations, Metis and Inuit (FNMI) Education Advisor is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Board on strategies, solutions, and best practices relating to FNMI student success, policies, programs, initiatives and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s degree in a related field such as First Nations, Metis and/or Inuit studies or education, which encompasses indigenous research methodologies and perspectives, or equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience involving First Nations, Metis and/or Inuit communities or the development of related projects and policies is required.
